MRL QS Black Hard Dry Ink

MRL QS Black Hard Dry Ink is a semi-fresh process ink for sheetfed offset printing, which allows to reduce significantly the amount of anti-set off spray powders and shorten the handling times of the printed sheets. In several industrial tests, the total amount of powders was achieved to be reduced up to 70%.

Printing behaviour

• It allows to reduce the amount of anti-set off spray powders up to 70%.
• It allows to reduce the removal times in 10-15 minutes (this period may vary slightly depending on the type of work and the conditions of each printing house).
• It allows to reduce the frequency of rubbers cleaning.
